Ready Steady Mums is committed to improving physical and mental health in mothers through online and community-based exercise. We have developed a medically endorsed exercise programme specifically for the pre and postnatal body. Our Virtual Personal Trainer will guide you through this exercise programme at the right pace for you and our Socialcise programme will help you stay motivated through exercising with fellow local mums. We also provide leadership support for all the mums leading Socialcise groups.
